Project:
Construct a new building at the East Wichita Turnpike entry plaza. The building was to be a symbolic gateway to the turnpike. The new building combines the functions of the plaza toll and K-Tag sales. The serpentine glass band represents movement and the two roofs are symbolic of departure and arrival.
