Client:
Garden Plain Elementary/Middle School; Unified School District 267

Project:
$3.0 million renovation of the existing Garden Plain Elementary School. The project added a middle school to the existing elementary. Our solution embraced a two-story solution. This allowed for a great separation of the grade levels as well as saving valuable property.

A new gym, locker rooms and 18 classrooms comprised the new addition. The existing building was renovated and updated. The administration was relocated to provide control of the main entrance. Open classrooms that were popular when the building was originally designed were enclosed.

Project Size:
70,000 s.f.
